At Grace Digital, we believe that great customer service is the foundation for a great company. Because of this, we pride ourselves on our wonderful customer support team and love receiving stories from customers about our staff. We were thrilled to get an email from Grace Digital customer, Chris on one of our customer support members, Lynda. Here is what Chris had to say about his experience:
“I just had to send an email to let you know how pleased I was with the amazing customer service Lynda provided me. I have been researching digital radios and had a few questions about your products. I left a voicemail yesterday and honestly didn’t think I would hear back quickly or maybe at all (yes, a little jaded by customer service these days).
Well, Lynda not only returned my call promptly, she was so courteous, patient and knowledgeable it turned out to be the best customer service call I’ve ever had! She was able to help me decide which product best suited my needs. As a matter of fact, after our conversation I felt so good about your company and products that I ordered two Mondos instead of just the one I was originally looking for! One for my wife and one for me.
